THIS YEAR’S ANNUAL BTC GOLF OUTING IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100 PAID GOLFERS!!!
The Big Timer’s Club is pleased to announce that our annual BIG TIMER’S GOLF OUTING will take place at the Diamond Hawk Golf course on August 14thth. Please join us for a fun filled day of golf, food, refreshment and camaraderie. PLEASE NOTE, THIS YEAR’S OUTING IS BEING LIMITED!!
Details as follows:
Who: As in the past, this event is open to both BTC members and non-members.
When: Monday, August 14th, 2023
Where: Diamond Hawk Golf course
255 Sonwil Drive
Cheektowaga, NY 14225
Time: 8:00 - 8:30 Check-in, followed by full hot breakfast and range practice
9:30 - Shotgun start. Scramble format. Contest holes and big prizes for a hole in one on the par 3’s.
(Note: All golfers must have their own golf bag and equipment)
After golf: Return to the BTC for clams, a one-hour open bar reception, opening ceremonies, dinner at 3:00pm, a two-hour after dinner open bar, a 50-50 and scratch off lottery ticket raffle and prizes for our winners including longest drive and closest to the pin.
Cost: $120 Members, $140 Non-members, $50 Business sponsor, $40 Personal tribute, $50 dinner and open bar only option (for members only)
Payment: Golf and business sponsor/personal tribute sign payments can be mailed directly to the BTC (checks only made payable to Big Timers golf outing) or paid directly to a bartender at the club (cash or check). Payment will be receipted and your name(s) placed on the tournament list. Non-paid reservations will not be taken. Your returned form(s) will be used to prepare your sponsor and/or tribute sign.
NO PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT.
A FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY AUGUST 1ST

THE CUTOFF IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100 PAID!
We welcome and encourage each participant to offer a tribute in honor of a special person who has helped shape their life in a meaningful and lasting way. Whether a mother, father, grandparent, spouse, coach, or any other special person, we encourage you to share your tribute during this outing. Tee box tribute signs will be prepared and put on display for the event. Also, as in the past, business sponsorship opportunities are encouraged and will also be on Tee box display (sponsor/tribute form attached).
Our 2023 outing is shaping up to be a great day complete with tributes, lots of lost balls, high scores, great food and plenty of laughs with our brotherhood, friends and family.
